About this route

Coron's ultimate island hopping tour covers the three most spectacular destinations: Kayangan Lake, Twin Lagoon, and Barracuda Lake. This is a full-day adventure that showcases why Coron is considered one of the best island-hopping destinations in the world.

The tour typically includes lunch on a beach island, with additional stops for snorkeling at coral gardens. It's more physically demanding than El Nido tours due to the stair climbs at Kayangan Lake and the rock scramble at Barracuda Lake.

The Route
  1. Coron Port Start
    Departure from start Boarding here
    Depart from Coron pier around 7:00-8:00 AM. Tour boats gather at the main dock.
  2. Kayangan Lake Highlight
    1-1.5 hours here ₱1,500
    The cleanest lake in the Philippines. Climb ~160 steps, stop at the iconic viewpoint, then swim in crystal-clear water.
    Tip: Photo at the viewpoint FIRST, then descend to the lake.
  3. Twin Lagoon Highlight
    45-60 min here ₱1,500
    Two lagoons connected by a gap in limestone. Swim through or climb a ladder. Feel the warm thermal layer below.
    Tip: Dive down to feel the warm water layer. It's surreal.
  4. Barracuda Lake Highlight
    45-60 min here ₱1,500
    Volcanic lake with dramatic thermoclines. Incredible visibility for snorkeling and diving.
  5. Beach Lunch Stop Rest
    1 hour here
    Lunch at a beach island with grilled fish, rice, and fruit. Time to relax and swim.
  6. Return to Coron End
    Arrival here
    Boat returns to Coron port around 3:00-4:00 PM.
Travel Tips

Wear comfortable water shoes because you'll be climbing rocks and stairs.

Bring an underwater camera: the visibility at Kayangan and Barracuda is world-class.

Bring extra water: the climbs make you thirsty.
