Alimanguan Beach

Alimanguan is the small barangay at the southern tip of Long Beach, and many consider it the most scenic section. The beach curves gently here, offering wide-angle sunset views over the South China Sea with the silhouette of offshore islands on the horizon.

A few mid-range and boutique resorts have set up along this stretch, but it remains remarkably uncrowded. The village itself has a handful of small stores and eateries serving fresh seafood at local prices.

The sunsets here are arguably the best in all of Palawan: the beach faces due west with no obstructions, and the sky routinely explodes in shades of orange, pink, and purple.
