About
Calibang Island is a small, uninhabited island in the Linapacan group with a beach that regularly appears in "best beaches in the Philippines" lists. The sand is powder-fine white, the water is impossibly turquoise, and on most days you'll be the only people there.
The island is tiny. You can walk around it in 15 minutes. But the combination of pristine sand, crystal-clear water, and complete isolation creates an experience that's hard to match anywhere in Southeast Asia.
There are no facilities of any kind. Expedition boats anchor offshore and ferry passengers to the beach. Bring all water, food, and sun protection.
Local tip
This is what 'deserted island' actually looks like. Take your time: swim, float, and soak in the silence. You may never experience this level of isolation again.
