Duli Beach

Beach Easy beach surfing hidden-gem free

Duli Beach is El Nido's surfing spot: a long stretch of golden sand facing the open Pacific, receiving consistent swells from October to March. It's about an hour north of El Nido town by motorbike on a partially unpaved road.

The beach has a wild, undeveloped feel with just a couple of small resorts and a surf camp. The waves are beginner to intermediate level, and board rentals and lessons are available. Outside of surf season, the beach is calm and perfect for swimming.

The journey to Duli is part of the adventure: the last section of road passes through rice paddies and coconut groves with mountain views. It feels like a completely different world from the tour-boat El Nido.

Local tip
Surf season is October to March. Outside those months, it's a beautiful calm beach. The road is best on motorbike, since 4-wheelers struggle in the rainy season.
