매장은 리오(Lio)의 빌라 리베르타드(Villa Libertad)에 있는 구마멜라 스트리트(Gumamela Street)에 있으며 24시간 운영됩니다. 두 번째 픽업 장소는 코롱 코롱(Corong Corong)에 있는 바니그 비치 리조트(Banig Beach Resort)입니다.배달 및 픽업은 무료입니다. 가능한 지역에 한해 엘니도 시내 호텔, 리오 공항(Lio Airport), 낙판 비치(Nacpan Beach)까지 해드립니다. 배달은 사전에 일정이 확정되거나 보장되지는 않지만, 가능할 때마다 제공되므로 미리 알려주세요.반납은 엘니도 시내 호텔, 리오 공항, 푸에르토 프린세사 시티(Puerto Princesa City)에서 가능합니다. 푸에르토 프린세사 반납은 5일 이상 렌트 시 이용할 수 있으며, 반납 수수료는 ₱3,500입니다.
