Pamuayan Falls is the easiest waterfall to reach from Port Barton, just a 10-minute motorbike ride and a 5-minute walk from the road. The falls are smaller than Bigaho but still beautiful, with a natural pool deep enough for swimming.
The accessibility makes Pamuayan perfect for travelers who want a waterfall experience without committing to a longer hike. It's also great for families with children, as the trail is short and easy.
The falls are most impressive in the wet season. During dry season (March-May), water flow can be reduced but the pool is still swimmable.
Local tip
Combine with Bigaho Falls for a full waterfall day. Pamuayan first (quick dip), then continue to Bigaho (longer hike). Both on the same road heading north.
