About
Seven Commandos Beach is a beautiful stretch of white sand backed by coconut palms, typically the lunch stop or final stop on Tour A. The beach has a more developed feel than other tour stops, with a beach bar, volleyball net, and kayak rentals.
The name comes from a local legend about seven Japanese soldiers who hid here during WWII. True or not, the beach itself is gorgeous: soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and a lush green hillside backdrop.
It's a great place to relax after the morning's lagoon visits, grab a cold drink, and enjoy the calm waters for swimming.
Local tip
If you're on Tour A, ask to spend extra time here for lunch instead of eating on the boat. The beachside experience is much better.
