A half-day walking and tricycle tour hitting the two best sunset experiences in Coron town: the Mt. Tapyas climb for panoramic views, followed by a soak at the Maquinit Hot Spring.

This is the perfect complement to a day of island hopping: relax your muscles in the hot spring while watching the sunset, then head back to town for dinner.

The Route
  1. Coron Town Center Start

    Start from your hotel in Coron town around 3:30 PM.
  2. Mt. Tapyas Highlight
    1-1.5 hours here
    Climb 700+ steps for the best panoramic view in Coron. Watch the sunset from the top.
    Tip: Start climbing 45 min before sunset.
  3. Maquinit Hot Spring Highlight
    1-1.5 hours here ₱200
    Soak in the rare saltwater hot spring surrounded by mangroves. Perfect after the climb.
    Tip: Best experienced as the last light fades.
  4. Return to Coron Town End
    Arrival here
    Tricycle back to town for dinner.
Travel Tips

Start by 3:30 PM to have time for the Mt. Tapyas climb before sunset.
