About
White Beach is Port Barton's mainland showpiece, 10–15 minutes south of the village by motorbike or tricycle, or about a 40-minute walk if you don't mind a rough road. A small entrance fee (₱50) keeps it swept and quiet.
The sand is genuinely white, the palms lean photogenically, and the water is calm and shallow a long way out: a lazy-swim beach rather than a snorkeling one.
There's a single small store that may or may not be open. Bring water and whatever you plan to eat.
Local tip
The beach faces west, so time your visit for late afternoon and you get the swim and the sunset in one trip. If you walk back, leave before the light goes; the road has no lamps and enough potholes to matter.
