Lualhati Park is Coron town's accessible viewpoint: a small hilltop park with a covered pavilion, benches, and views over the bay and town. Unlike Mt. Tapyas with its 700+ steps, Lualhati is reached by a paved road and short staircase, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
The park is a popular sunset spot for locals and a nice place for a quiet moment above the town. The view is less dramatic than Tapyas but still pleasant, looking out over the bay with the islands in the distance.
Several small restaurants and viewpoint cafes have opened on the road leading up to the park, offering food and drinks with sunset views.
Local tip
Come for sunset with a takeaway drink from town. It's much easier than Tapyas and still has good views. The viewpoint cafes on the approach road are worth a stop.
