The definitive first-timer's week: land in Puerto Princesa, work up the west coast through Sabang and Port Barton, finish big in El Nido, and sail out to Coron. One direction, no backtracking.

Budget assumes shared vans, mid-range rooms, and the headline tours. Move the El Nido days to a kayak-your-own pace and it drops fast.

Day 1

  1. Puerto Princesa: arrive & baywalk Start
Land at PPS, eat well, sleep early; the week starts tomorrow.

Day 2

  1. Sabang: Underground River Highlight
    ₱500
Morning permit slot in the cave, mangrove paddle after lunch, night in Sabang.

Day 3

  1. Port Barton: island hopping Highlight
Van across, afternoon on the beach, boat tour with Turtle Point.

Day 4

  1. Long Beach, San Vicente Stop
Day trip north to the longest beach in the country. Bring the motorbike and nothing else.

Day 5

  1. El Nido: Tour A lagoons Highlight
    ₱1,200
Big Lagoon early, Secret Beach after: the postcard day.

Day 6

  1. El Nido: beach day & Las Cabanas sunset Stop
Nacpan by motorbike, sunset at Las Cabanas with a bean bag.

Day 7

  1. Ferry to Coron End
The 12:30pm fastcraft through Linapacan closes the loop.
Book the Underground River permit and the El Nido–Coron ferry ahead; everything else works fine booked a day out. If you only have five days, cut Port Barton, not because it's skippable, but because it deserves more than a drive-through.
